Speaker

Since 2013, I have delivered hundreds of lectures, keynotes, trainings, and specialized sessions, catering to the needs of organizers and leaders. Throughout my career, I've earned recognition for my skill in contextualizing historical narratives, identifying and addressing biases within living histories of discrimination, and effectively tackling formidable barriers to personal and structural change. My approach is grounded in the robust foundations of data and science, enabling me to provide recommendations that are measurable and drive positive transformation.

I also have extensive experience as a skilled and compassionate facilitator and interviewer. Since 2019, I have had the honor of interviewing hundreds of racialized and Black public servants and documenting their career experiences. My strengths lie in my ability to serve as an active listener and facilitate challenging conversations with openness and non-judgment, while clearly centering subject matter related to the experiences of class and inequality, race, culture, and diversity with great comfort and care. I am trained in restorative and transformative justice approaches to resolving conflict and harm.
